This bike isnt a bike, its a scooter with a seat and useless pedals. I really wanted a bike that had pedal assist but could also function as a bike, where you can gear up or down going up and down hills, and even when the battery died, it was still functional. THIS IS NOT THAT BIKE. If you need something for a meandering, weekend scoot this is great, but not great for a busy, efficient, fast commute.
SPEED: This bike WILL NOT go over 15mph, you can pedal as hard as humanly possible, while going down a hill even, but it will not speed up. Its just slow enough to be slowly passed by all normal bike commuters, but it also feels fast enough to be a nice coasting pace. So, If you need something for a meandering, weekend scoot this is great, but not great for a busy, efficient, fast commute where you might run out of battery because youve got so many places to be and errands to run. (1/5 Stars)
DISTANCE: True to description, it went 15miles on one charge with two or three small hills. But again, it was not usable once the battery dies, its just so hard to pedal. (3/5 Stars)
CHARGING: Again, really easy, you just plug it into an outlet from a portal on the underside of the main crossbar. It comes with a charger. From 0/100 it does take 5 hours to charge and, in my experience, one charge will take you almost exactly 15miles. Some people said they left it charging overnight and it destroyed their battery, I did leave it charging overnight as well and I did not have that problem. (3/5 Stars)
FOLDING: This was great, super easy! Although, the bike is a little heavy for me and its really awkward to carry or push it on a wheel when its folded. (4/5 Stars)
HILLS: You need to have a full or almost full charge to go up any hill big or small. Anything less than half battery and you will have to get off and walk, SERIOUSLY. Because, again, the pedals are useless. You see, there is only one gear so you cant change gears to make it easier to pedal up a hill. (1/5 Stars)
PEDAL ASSIST/THROTTLE: The pedal assist SUCKS. If you start to pedal, youll get a jolt from the motor and nothing more. I did several pop/a/wheelies when first starting and if you arent prepared you might fall off the back. Because the pedal assist is useless, I used the throttle the entire time. To use the throttle you have to spin the piece towards you on the handle bar and hold it in place the whole time. So not only did my wrist start hurting from having to hold a torqued position for extended periods but it also made it harder to grab the brake lever quickly because your hand is on the back of handle bar holding throttle and not on the top of the handle bar where you would normally place them. Just not safe or easy to use. (1/5 Stars)
NOTE: When you read my break/down, just know the way I used the bike was at full/throttle 98/99 of the time (the pedals were useless, so I just used the throttle).
bought it for work, 4 miles takes 10/15 depending on the traffic, faster than i thought. still kinda havey than what i expected. i charge every two days. the only thing i dont like is the sit which is kinda hard, had to buy a soft one.
I really love this bike. Its easy, convenient and fun. But I ran into problems when my wheels needed to be pumped. The front one is perfectly fine to pump, but the back one is impossible. There is simply no space to be able to connect anything to it. I asked for help and they sent me a valve extender, but its impossible to put this on too. Ive been told to send in the unit but Im going to try to send the wheel instead.
I previously gave it a high rating, but for the price Im paying, this simple thing isnt supposed to be impossible
This was the third electric bike I bought. I had problems with assembling the seat. The instructions that came with it were useless to me. My brother came to my rescue. He didnt need any instructions and thought the instructions was lacking. It did ride well; however, until the next problem with the charger. I gave up on it and tossed it. I think I just got a lemon and might have had better luck with another one.
I am on my 2nd one about to return it soon. The first one stopped working in 2 weeks of me using it and i only go about 3.8 miles a day using it. The second one I am on now, the part where it folds, the spring/ pen that helps lock on it in while riding it broke, so I had to rig it to working properly. Overall it is a really nice e/bike for this looking to get a nice e/bike. goes about 17 mph. Love the frame. The product overall is VERY nice. Wish they had an adult fat tire one i could have versus this one. I will return this one and try the new replacement one more time before I give my final verdict.
My tire popped 6 months after buying it while I was going up a slight incline and the inner tube is now just chilling outside of the rear wheel trapped between the tire and the rim So it was a complete waste of my money
Im a 60, 230 lbs man and this bike is just too small for me (even when seat handlebars adjusted, my knees still hit my arms and its not a comfortable ride for any sort of distance, also pedals felt small). However, I gave it to my GF (52, 135 lbs) and she loves it. She even rode it to work 14.2 mi each way and the battery lasted with charge up while shes at work. So all in all its a good bike if youre on the shorter side. Bought the rack for back and can place a bag on there to transport lock, charger, water etc.
I use this bike for two purposes, sometimes doing uber eats in NYC and commuting to work. Commuting to work its no problem gets me there and back round trip. for delivery drivers this bike will only last about 2/3 hours or 4/6 trips. I wish it had fenders cause when its rainy the water will kick up. Also when the battery gets to 2 its not gonna last much longer and it is significantly slower then when you started. when it hits one its practically dead so be mindful of that. It comes pretty much set up and the folding is very easy. great bike for commuting to work if you wanna save money on public transportation etc

Love the bike but cant pump the rear tire

Works well as expected
Works well
One might want to have it assembled by a professional.

Good bike unless the tire pops
My tire popped 6 months after buying it while I was going up a slight incline and the inner tube is now just chilling outside of the rear wheel trapped between the tire and the rim So it was a complete waste of my money
Nice e/bike for the right/size person

Poor battery quality
Battery doesnt last
Depends on what you use it for
