Assembly was very easy and the chair is very comfortable, specifically the waist part. You can sit and work for hours without getting tired.

Chair arrived quickly and in one box. Assembly was easy to assemble. The padding is soft, and support this far has been great. This is a replacement chair for one that also had great padding and support when purchased. Things age and wear, so Im hoping this chair lasts longer than the other.
It looks great in my office. Its my first non/leather chair ever. Its a lot lighter than Im used to. No definite opinion on this chair yet. Its not as comfortable as I expected.
Im going to give it another week. I put it together backwards at first. Thankful for a tip from another reviewer. He suggested not to fully tighten everything until the chair is complete.
After using this chair for a online class 7hrs per day for 3days. The ergonomics were very comfortable, but the seat cushion was not after a while. I bought a Serta office chair and gave this one away.
For the price its good quality, but the holes where you screw the pieces together arent finished so its VERY hard to fit the screws in. You can tell it was made quickly and in a hurry. The drilled holes arent finished lol
I initially left a bad review because I had a part break after about a year but the customer service from was actually top notch. I wasnt expecting much support from a seemingly random Chinese manufacturer but Shaun at desk was aming and really took care of me. Just goes to show you how much good customer service can turn around a customers experience and Im not really impressed with this company
I am really enjoying the chair but when I received it, I was missing two screws so luckily I had some on hand that worked. Otherwise I would have been out of luck! The chair is great and was easy to assemble.

Comfy but SO poorly made

It is VERY stiff and the lumbar support is very thin. Other than that, not bad.

Enjoying it BUT

It has lumbar support and is easily assembled. Well worth the money.

Easy to assemble. Rolls well even on rough tile floor. Im a big guy and it holds up well to my movements
