I did not think this chair would be comfortable, but it has exceeded my expectations. Sitting in it for hours you forget its not hundreds of dollars! Best purchase this year !

Customer service was great. Sally, the kind person who was helping me, offered me compensation and made the entire process quick and simple.
Hurts my neck since the neck rest hurts forward putting my neck into an unnatural position sort of tech or textbook neck position. Would not purchase again. Would return if it were easier but I already built it besides the neck, it is comfortable though my boyfriend does not like the lumbar support
Update: Company reached out to me to see how they could make things better for me and how they could improve the chair in the future. This chair is just not for me but its nice to know the company cares about their customers.
Original Review: This chair is just for looks unless youre a child or very small person. I should have known these positive reviews were bull. The back is ok. The seat has no significant padding and the inside base must be thin particle board because it flexes and makes cracking sounds when you move. Honestly feels unsafe. Im 6 foot and the armrests are way too low. The chair is narrow and the armrest supports dig into my thighs. Also the headrest sits very low. Again, if you just want a chair to complete your office decor but you wont really use it, or you are tiny, this will be ok. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
Read the reviews, though it was a great deal. it arrived and we put it together, I was excited about my new office chair. Then I sat in it very narrow set and was way too straight and very uncomfortable to sit in as an office chair to work in for 8hours or more. I started working and any and every move I made in the chair the char itself made so much noise. I wasnt able to concentrate on my work. Unfortunately, my boss threw out the box, otherwise, I would have sent it right back the next day for a full refund.
Before I saw the instructions (which were in the packaging with the seat cushion), I started to assemble the base, because its very easy to assemble, and the hardware is provided. It took me about 45 minutes, and that was only because I was fixated on trying to align one of the screws. One sticks out slightly where the arm rest is attached, but not enough to catch onto anything. With me, it is more of an OCD / aesthetics issue (lol!), but I LOVE this chair.The back cushion, arm cushions, seat height, headrest, and adjustable seat, it leans back slightly.I just got it today, so hopefully it lasts a while and maintains the comfortability and durability.

Easy enough to put together, but it was not designed with larger people in mind. My thicc thighs press against the sides of the arm rest somethin fierce, and the fabric its made up is quite scratchy, so dont sit in it while wearing shorts.
EDIT: The company did reach out to me behind the scenes in order to make this right / namely by offering a discount. So, at least they seem to care about their customers. Its rare to see sellers, namely online sellers, going that extra mile.
Update: I was finally able to get the wheel from popping off with the help of my dad but now the chair makes the loudest, squeaky noise ever. If Im up late working I dont dare move my body on the chair or itll wake up everyone in the house. I dont know how to get rid of it or which part its coming from
The instructions were easy to understand and the chair was easy to build. The chair overall looks nice but it is not very comfortable to sit in. The width of the chair is not very wide, especially if youre on the bigger and shorter side your legs will feel cramped. I would say this chair is fit for a taller and slim person. I would not buy this again. Also one of the wheels keep popping off!

For the price, its a really decent chair. The lumbar support, mesh back, and adjustable tilt are good features at this price point. Very few chairs offer so much for under 100. Actually, I dont think any do.
The cushion isnt for prolonged, marathon seating, and would benefit from getting a thicker memory foam cushion to place on it for long working or gaming hours. My chair began to squeak, but a bit of WD/40 took care of it. I realized afterward though that I just had to tighten the screws a bit more, and the squeak would go away.
The headrest is adjustable, even though the instructions dont really say that. You can slide it up or down to meet your height needs.
Overall, its a pretty good chair for the money. The sellers are great and friendly, and if I needed another, I would purchase from them again.
For the price you are paying, this chair is very good. I mean really good. For every day use, or office use, this chair will definitely reduce your back problems with that lumbar support. You can even feel the lumbar support, which I think is very good. I tested out few chairs at Staples, and they were very expensive. This chair feels like its a 200 dollar chair, no doubt! Ill share the few pros, and cons that I have for testing this chair on the very first day. I will make a edit if I feel something is different from the day of testing this chair.
Pros:
/ Every feature that you possibly need is in this chair for office use.
/ Lumbar support is really good, and you can actually feel the pressure on your lower back. This shows that the lumbar support is actually working, unlike other chairs, they just have the lumbar support but you cant even feel anything. The mesh of the lumbar support is also comfortable.
/ The material is also very well built. You have leather on the wrist, and then the surrounding edges of the back support. The mesh is also very comfortable to sit on. Its firm, but its not too firm but its also not too soft.
