The wheels were a bit hard to snap on. I recommend using a hammer because I hurt my finger trying with my hands. I like the headrest but if youre short it can be a bit annoying. The headrest is my only real complaint. The lower back support is aming and overall the chair is nice and comfortable. I like the side arm rests and the breathable top. Overall, good chair for a great price.
Very simple to put the chair together, I did it in about an hour. As soon as I sat on the chair I felt instant lower back relief. The head rest is perfect for leaning back and resting in between work. The price is great for a supportive, good looking chair!

Assembly was straight forward. Just follow instruction on manual that came. You cant mess it up if you read it through.
Once I set it up and sat on it, I was really surprised who comfortable this is. Bottom is soft and gives you good support. Back support has mesh so its really cool. I had Lboy chair and I think this is better and price is incredible.

Good for the price
The only complaint I have of the chair is that the arm rest does not have the best cushion. Arms tend to hurt after awhile.
Comfortable but noisy
This chair is great so far. The ONLY downsides are I think it slowly lowers and it is noisy as it squeaks like cry.
