I ordered two chairs and the assembling and everything was great and easy. First day we used the chairs, they were great. Second day came and one chair started squeaking really bad. We were not too pleased with that. But the seller so kindly reached out offered to send us a replacement mechanism for us at no charge. We can enjoy the chair now, no squeaking we are happy with the chair
Chair is sturdy, and feels very comfortable. The headrest is adjustable. The armrests have a soft leather cushion. The recline is adjustable and can be locked.
All in all, this is a great chair without any discomfort whatsoever.
This is the best office chair Ive ever sat in! I used to have pain on the right side of my leg, from sitting in my previous chair. Today is only the first day of using it, and my leg pain is already starting to dissipate

I am very glad that I bought this chair because it is very comfortable. I saw that most people liked it so I took a chance in desperation because the chair I had was killing my back. If you need a chair at a good price this is the one.
I wasnt expecting much. My then/current office chair was so bad, anything would be an improvement. But this chair has been a delight since day one.
It was packaged very well, and the hardware was attached to the box in a way that it couldnt be missed. I was worried there were no instructions, but as I was removing all the pieces from the box, I found them in the bag with the chair seat. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Once I got started, I again had a moment of worry when I was supposed to align a piece to the front. But then I saw that theyd labeled the front of the chair for me, so I didnt have to worry about which was was which. They also labeled left and right when I got to the chair arms.
I was a little dubious about why I needed an option to turn rocking on and off. But then my heavy cat decided I needed to hold him and he was too heavy to hold upright for very long. So I pulled the lever to lean back, and then I experimented with rocking. I was charmed when my cat fell asleep while I rocked him.
I really cant think of any cons. I thought I had some at first, but those were just a matter of getting used to a new chair. Im very happy and wouldnt hesitate to order this again.
First off want to say this chair is out of this world comfortable! I am a small time streamer and I bought this chair to be more comfortable. I have fallen asleep in this chair more times then I would like to admit lol comfort 10/10, material 10/10, Easy to put together lol.

Came with no instructions on how to assemble. was able to get those to me. Easy to assemble, comfortable. looks nice.

Great WFH chair. Can rock back to relax. Head rest is great. Not too soft. Not too firm. Just right.

Wheels are junk.
I like the comfort of the chair, but the wheels do not roll smoothly and tend to get stuck. I have tile floors.
