I got this chair because it was well priced and had adjustable lumbar support and head rest. The quality of the chair is good and is well made. The seat adjustments with incline works perfectly well. The adjustable lumbar support is good and helps my back. The manual that came with the chair is well written and it is easy and quick to assemble. Overall a good quality chair with value for money.
The chair took about 30 minutes to install. I use the chair just about every day and have had zero issues. Ive only had it for about 2 months now so fingers crossed it will hold up! knock on wood

That being said I like the chair, it is supportive and comfortable. My only complaints are that as a tall person (64) the head rest needs to be just a little bit higher. Additionally when in a reclined position, sometimes the chair will pop out of the lock position and flop back. Doesnt do it all the time so I m not sure if I just didnt have the lock engaged all the way of what, but I will be keeping an eye on in.
Overall for the price I am happy with this chair.

I was having some serious backaches from my old chair, I bought this one, and it is a whole new world. Everything about this chair is great except that the option to lean back only really has 2 options: upright or too far back. But other than that I really love this chair and highly recommend it if you are seeking to relieve some back pain while working from home.
Ive been using this chair for more than a month. Its a surprise gift from my wife who heard me complaining about my previous chair bought from IKEA. This chair is huge, ergonomic and solid made. Metal for all joints and supports. Padding is solid and very supportive for me and adjustable back support really saved me from working all in front of computer. Chair arms feel premium just like those in campus libs. I love this one and it made my benchwotk a lot easier.

Once I put all parts together, I instantly use it, how comfortable and supportive it is compare to my old one. This chair is really help me since I have to work at home more than 8 hours every day. Its a great chair, its just not for people above 62. My head just doesnt fit in the headrest well other than that great
