I have to say this is one of my good purchase, it is a very comfortable chair which specially design for supporting your back, shoulder and neck. I feel no more pain and muscular stiffness after a long hour working in front of computer. An easy 5 stars product!!
First I want to say the the shipping was awesome and I received my order a week or two before the estimated arrival. the assembly was fairly easy with tools all provided by them. My problem now is after 3 days the lumbar support failed already. I adjusted my lumbar support to the max and it was ok then I tried to lean and the lumbar support snaps and failed. I tried readjusting it and the knob is just turning loosely without adjusting the lumbar.
UPDATE: contacted support and they agree to send me a new part. Very easy to talk to!! Ill upfate this again in a few days/weeks with the new lumbar.
This is a very high quality chair. Kudos to the manufacturers. It was so very well packaged. Instructions were spot on. No additional tools required.. assembly took 10 mins. Every piece, including the washers and screws, are very high quality. The chair itself is very comfortable. Features are great. Highly recommended brand and seller. Great job team... gives great satisfaction when companies design things with end user in mind.
This is the second WFH chair that I bought since Covid-19. I am glad that I found this reasonable home office chair as an upgrade. I love the look and comfort of it. There are multiple ergonomic adjustablities to help me to find my perfect seating position due to my job needs me to sit in front of the computer for the most of my time. Also, the head support is so great, and it saves my neck.

This chair is comfortable yet also supports my lower back due to the adjustable lumbar support. The chair has a quality look to it with sturdy yet stylish upholstery and wheels.
The chair was a bit more expensive than I wanted to spend, but definitely worth it! Took only mins to build. Almost everything is adjustable, from armrests, chair height, headrest. The chair reclined back a bit too easily at first, which made it a bit awkward to sit in, but thankfully that is adjustable as well!
