I replaced my $50 office chair with this one and I like it so far, very comfortable and no back pain after sitting 6-8 hours/day on it. I have it for a week and this is what I can say so far.
Been having to be in a chair for 8 hours a day for school and this chair has changed my life. Cheaper than a HM but it is definitely great quality. Spend the money on this.
This chair is ideal for long time in front of desk work. It is supportive to the whole back. I brought this chair because our working from home life seems endless. My husband rated the best item I bought this year.
I never write reviews but had to for this one. I finally bought a nice chair for my desk, after a number of sub-$50 pieces of trash. This chair is great! I am 511, about 175lbs, and it fits me great. Adjustable lumbar and headrest make it easy to get it comfortable. I did add a blue squishy gel pad that I had on my old chair, but the main seat is good too. The only issue is the lock bar for the back (the piece that either lets the back recline back or locks it into one of two positions) doesnt work that great. Sometimes it locks, sometimes it doesnt. But I leave it in the bouncy recline setting so I dont really care.
As for customer service: the chair was missing a non-critical piece when I received it. The bracket for attaching the headrest wasnt attached or in the box. I contacted the seller through (the email on the pamphlet wasnt working), and I had a new piece sent by DHL to my house in less than two weeks. They were very responsive and sent the piece with very little friction, and no cost. Some of the reviews mentioned bad service, but that was absolutely not my case.

I suffer from constant lower back ache and when I sit for work on this chair, the lumbar support and the chair cushion are really perfect for my back and I dont feel any pain.

My husband put this chair together for me he said it was very easy once I sat in it I fell in love theres a great back support it is ergonomic and I love the head support. The headrest is adjustable which is great
it is comforting, durable. Build with good quality. I have been using it for more than a month. It took 45 min to assemble. Easy if you just follow the instructions. Till now happy with the product delivered
The chair is structurally sound but after a few hours of sitting, you do start noticing how hard the chair padding is. If this was memory foam it would definitely be 5/5.
