very good,mesh back and sitting have enough stretch and feel confort .I have lower back issue ,this chairs is supportive that,so I can sitting there fews hours long but doesnt feel uncomfortable. Also can adjust angle and height for I like. Good quality,the wheel is vinyl covered ,not Much noises when moving on my wood floor which is great. Very easy to install it. Happy happy
I am impressed with the materials used for this chair. I feels heavy duty that will last long, unlike others that use cheap plastic materials. Seat cushion is a little stiffer that what I prefer, but good seat depth and adjustable lumbar support. The lumbar adjustment knob is located in the back of the chair, which is difficult to access when trying to find the ideal adjustment.
I spent a long time choosing a chair suitable for my office. I made a good choice, I have to sit at the computer for a long time and it is important for me that the chair is comfortable for me and that my back does not hurt. I liked this chair from day one, I felt comfortable all day, it is comfortable, multifunctional, high quality and just beautiful and looks good in my office, I recommended it to my brother and he wants to buy it too! The chair was delivered quickly, even though it was not a 2-day prime delivery item. The box was packaged well so nothing was scratched or ruined. I could tell straight away, as I was taking the different pieces out of the box, that I purchased a good quality chair. Directions were easy enough to understand and follow, making the actual set up surprisingly fast. It came with all the screws and tools needed. I really appreciated the straight Allen wrench with a handle since the usual L-shaped one would not have been helpful in this case. Im going to hold onto that little tool for other household needs or projects. All together it took about 15 minutes and thats with a toddler trying to “help me. After set-up was complete, I was excited to test it out. The chair itself is sturdy and made of quality, strong parts. The mesh back is comfy and I like the padded and adjustable armrests. I can move the chair easily and move it up and down depending on the height I need it to be. I never realized a headrest is nice to have since my previous chairs didnt have that. I work from home so essentially I am sitting in this thing longer than if I was in an actual office setting. After one month of 10 hours/6 days a week sitting, I have no complaints.
There is no rewinding time to buy this chair at the beginning of the pandemic, but my chiropractor (and wallet) are elated that I purchased it for at least the last remaining months. Cant wait around forever! I am 56-7 and was able to adjust everything perfectly so that now I am actually sitting upright while working! The lumbar support is everything my body has dreamt of. I am more of a sit straight up type person, but it is nice to lean back with the headrest for meetings. I liked it so much, and the price was SO AMAZING my husband decided to buy one for himself too!
Also worth noting that when we went back to buy my husbands (the same day mine arrived in the mail), the price on had dropped and a coupon was available. I wrote into customer service and they were able to give me a partial refund for some of the discount! Amazing chair, and amazing company!

This chair has good material, a comfortable seat, and the backrest design is very suitable for the body structure. When relaxing, you can lean back 120 degrees. The instructions to assemble looked straightforward and simple. This chair has improved the quality of my home office environment.

This is great office chair. Every parts of body can be adjust as needed, from head to lumbar, armrest. Although armrest can be adjust height only, it would be better if it can adjust horizontal too. I usually have those regular leather chair from retail, the difference is this chair has better design to fit body and helping with Body ache.
