One of the legs for the chair does not have precut holes in order to place the support bar under the front of the seat. I have messaged TWICE since the new year to try and get this resolved with no response!
My granddaughter uses her desk for virtual class everyday. I expected more or better quality for the price then realized that even in a pandemic with people out of work sellers use supply and demand reduce price on stock no one has a need for and jack up prices on what they do.
The package was delivered to me weeks after the expected delivery date. I tried to return it, but had to return the package to overseas and pay for the shipping cost. I assembled the product, but the chair is not sturdy for my 10-year-old boy.

it was not easy to assemble---the book prop does not hold the book in place---it falls forward
