Looks good, hard to put together.

Well, the finished product looks really well but it is a giant pain to put together. At least ours was. Most of the pieces didnt line up correctly, it was always off by enough to piss you off. Make sure you read every detail in the directions and look at the pictures. I had to flip a few pieces at the end which was frustrating. I ended up leaving a few screws off at parts that didnt fit and wasnt going to make a difference if it were put in or not. Overall the bed seems great so far thoughBut itll definitely test your patience.

    Great Bunk Beds

Great bunk bedThey look nice in person. Assembly was about an hr and a half. Weve use it both as a bunk bed and now as a single bed. Very sturdy. The only thing I didnt like is the huge disclaimer sickers. DO NOT PUT HUGE UGLY STICKERS ON FURNITUREI couldnt get them off without it ripping.

    Attractive, but WOBBLY!

My son is 4, he loved it the first week and couldnt wait to sleep on itBut then it started feeling less and less stable and he stopped climbing up. Very wobbly, and the screws have to be retightened every month or so. Underneath were able to have fuller use of his room with the added space of the loft. The legs are thin and unobstructive which is aesthetically great (but also probably a part of the stability issue). There were some bumps, bruises and very slight imperfections to the one we received but i didnt have time to return it and we needed a bed in our new place asap. If you get this one make sure you have solid wall support on at least 2 sides with no moulding at the base. We have base mouldings that prevent full wall support so were stuck with the wobbly bed for our 36lb son (weight added to emphasize that hes a slim kid and the wobbliness is not due to overuse or inappropriate use, just not the best engineering on this one).

    Missing pieces

Make sure you check that all pieces are presentWe were missing a few (non/crucial) elements and wish we had noticed sooner. Otherwise it goes together pretty easily and is quite sturdy. Bottom bunk is very low to the ground.

Very nice loft. Saves a lot of room.

My 10 year old daughter loves it.

    Happy

Better than advertised. Solid bed, no complaints. Has held up with rambunctious kids, no wobbling/noises. You will need two people to put it together, took us about 2/3 hours. Make sure to get a 6 inch mattress or the side rails will not be tall enough (I purchased the Aveline foam mattress off of here and i highly recommend it)

    Great wooden bed frame!

The frame came packaged really wellAll the pieces were clearly marked with stickers, the hardware was in a labled box, and everything matched the instruction manual perfectly. The diagrams and instructions were well written and easy to follow. You could probably put the frame together with the allen wrench provided, but we used our own because the bolts were very tight when screwed into the wood (which is one of the reasons the frame is so sturdy. You will also need a Phillips head screwdriver, and a rubber mallet might be helpful for some of the dowels. We put it together with 2 adults in a little over an hour. I think 1 adult could assemble it if they were handy. Our biggest problem was keeping it from sliding around on the carpet when we were first pushing pieces together. The glossy finish on the white frame is very slick We were pleasantly surprised how sturdy it feels, and how nice it looksThe whole thing is made from wood, not MDF or hollow core boards. The glossy white finish should be easy to wipe down for cleaning. We think our 7yo will be able to use it for many years.
