Its an attractive chair. Mechanicals are fine, and just as advertised. Its mid level comfortable Ive been able to use it for all day office work at, but its definitely not as comfortable as a standard office chair. I kept this one because I really needed the rolling and swiveling functions in my office, but Im still looking for my perfect chair.
Your weight and height (and how that height is distributed) are going to make a difference in how comfortable you find this chair. Its sturdy to the point where it might feel hard if youre not a heavy person. If your height is in your torso, as mine is, you might find your legs dangling over the front of the chair without touching the floor. Because the chair cushion is so firm this cut off the circulation behind my knees. I now use the chair only in the reclining position. The one thing I love is the full recline position, which is great for catching a nap. This is not a true wall/hugger chair in the full recline position youll need a couple of extra feet away from the wall for that. This a good mid/range piece of furniture. I ordered it because of the Covid/related backlog on luxury recliners, but I think I will go for higher/end chair next time.

We dont enjoy assembling much; but this chair was easy! Its super soft and looks great in our newly repurposed den!

Pretty but not comfortable
This chair is pretty and thats the reason I purchased it. Its also easy to assemble. But its not very comfortable.
