Ive sat in a corporate desk chair for 5 years and now have transitioned to working from. Its a comfortable chair to work compared to other chairs in my / but compared to a corporate black chair, not as comfortable. I hope it will last me a year working 5 days a week 8 hours but we will see! Just buy the ugly black chair if you want comfort.
Its heavy duty and comfy. Feel secure and do not fear warping the carriage when I lay back. I feel aming getting in and out. Truly a solid design for large people.
These chairs used to come in two boxes and packed well [bought my wife one last year during covid] this came in one flimsy Chinese cardboard box [made in china] and no packing material. One of the pegs holding the back was never stapled in and I had to fix it myself with wood glue. I have the warranty but I could not wait another MONTH to get something that may be worse and I had no way to box it up since they want to charge me for shipping it back!!LOL. NOPE. This company has gone downhill. You take your chances. After I fixed the peg and hope it holds, the chair itself is nice and comfortable. I am 62 and 300lbs. I fit in it comfortably and have room. I do not like that the footrest is not completely covered like my wifes chair from last year. It has gaps and makes it not as comfortable as my wife. The only other I do not like is the handle is way too far down on the chair.
At first sit, its great for my plain sight office and comfy to boot. Easy to assemble, velvet soft and for me the perfect amount of cushion. Not sure how well the cushion will hold up, I havent sat it in much yet. I will update later.
I went for looks over everything because its in my living room so I was nervous because I do spend a lot of time in it. But I like everything about the chair. It was very easy to assemble. It looks good and its very comfortable. The back isnt high so it lacks that support but I knew this when I bought it. Its even easy to clean/ I guess the material makes it so that stains dont stay. Good buy.
I have never done an review before, but I ahd to for this one. I ordered the gray version of this chair and they sent me the navy one by mistake. I reached out to let them know it was the wrong color, and I also noticed the top of the chair was slightly damgaed. Instead of going through the hassle to return it, they told me I could throw out the Navy one and they overnighted me a brand new one. I was extremely pleased with their excellent customer service!! Not to mention, the chair looks great, is super comfortable, and leans back way further than I expected. This chair is worth it!

Just has a weird smell, but I used linen freshener and its getting better.
