Great chair , well built and sturdy. Looks good too. Arrived in perfect condition and delivery guys were kind and polite and very professional. They even brought the chair into my living room for me as Im in a wheelchair presently and couldnt get out. The entire process from ordering with to delivery was a very pleasant experience. Beautiful color/ smaller arm support than expected. Missed the return date as it was a gift. The fabric is very pretty. Sad it doesnt work for me as an office chair. Moved it bathroom for my vanity.
recliner exactly what I ordered online. The delivery time was way off it came about a week early from quoted time. There was no tracking number updates. This is a great piece of furniture solid construction. Takes two people to move it .
Chair is as advertised, construction is solid and feels like it will last a long time. I was surprised that when I sit down in the chair before reclining my feet dont reach the ground (my height is 72 inches). The handle needs a little engineering; it is too small and I have to lean over pretty far to reach it. The handle ought to be longer or relocated higher and farther back. Footrest really snaps up, surprised me the first time I sat back. Handle and reclining items are not an epic failure just different than other recliners.
CEVA Logistics, out of Hebron Ky. delivered my chair. Many issues occurred in order for me to receive my chair. Not going to spend my time describing in detail, I will list a few problems
First scheduled delivery was cancelled by CEVA
Only option is a 12 hour delivery window
Second delivery time was not met, chair delivered 2 days early
Chair was left on the sidewalk, no knock on the door, no signature for delivery , would not have known chair was delivered until I went out but I received a text communicating the chair was delivered
After the delivery I checked e/mail and they had sent an e/mail saying they were coming that day, with no input about delivery from me

I really like this chair for the color, the velvety feel of the material, the pretty buttons on the back of the chair, and that you can slightly recline/ lean back a bit. Also incredibly easy to put together. I really like the aesthetic of the chair, however the material of the cushion is interesting, hard to explain. Maybe foam/like? Im not sure how long it will hold up and hold its shape, but Ive used it for about 40 hours so far and seems okay. Its not uncomfortable to sit on, its just different. I really wish the back of the chair was taller! Doesnt really offer back support! I think Id rather have this for a vanity, not an office to sit in all day, but I do like it and it adds flair to my workspace.
awesome chair for big and tall individuals. very sturdy, and strong. Im 65 and and my feet and legs fit is great they dont hang over the leg rest. the chair came in a box on a pallet and in 2 peices. very easy to pit together, took 2 mins. it took longer to get out of the box then it did to put it together lol. if you are looking for a solid comfortable chair this is the one!
