Firm chair great support. Im loving it.
Perfect easy chair for me and made in USA is great.
Shipping was a few days later than report but worked out ok.
The chair is nice and firm. Its sits higher than a normal recliner, which is good so its easier to get my large frame off the chair. The foot rest is easy to raise and drop when needed. Excellent chair as expected.
Bought some chairs on the cheap but got what I paid for and they broke withing the first year. Really withing the first 8 months. We gave them away. This chair is formidable and I expect it to last a long time. The cushions are VERY firm, but I guess that is how they are able to last. Only had it about a month but if any issues arise I will come back and update my review.
Update Ive had this chair for close to two years now, and its still great! This is not only my chair for relaxing and watching TV, its also my bed. I sleep in it every night and that wears on a chair way more than sitting. The chair is holding up great, no complaints. It still looks new. When company comes over and people sit in it, they comment on how big and comfy it is. No creaking or crackling when moving around and the cushions are fantastic. If I ever wear it out, Ill buy another one without hesitation.
Very large, sturdy chair. Does not rock. Does not recline into a flat position. Material is very soft and beautiful. Easy to clean. Seat is firm to give good lumbar support.
Now let me start by saying Im a big guy 64 and big build. This chair supports me and then some The chair is well built and feels solidit does recline back almost all the way horizontal and I can tell ya I have taken many a nap on this chair even full reclined my feet dont dangle from the end. If your a big guy looking for a good solid chair do yourself a favor and get this chair
Thoroughly pleased with this chair and the price. I am 63 285 and have plenty of room to spare on the sides and my legs are not hanging off the end of the chair. It took two people to move this monster whereas I moved the old l boy out by myself. Sturdy, comfortable, and big.
This chair does not fit the typical/sized American male (5 10 and 230 pounds). With my back against the back of the chair my feet will not reach the floor. Because of its poor positioning (too low and far back), it is virtually impossible to pull the recliner handle with enough force to make the chair recline. It is a real white (or brown) elephant, and (because of its size and weight) too expensive to return.

Recliner handle impossible to operate and wobblily attached with no way to adjust it.
