It definitely is hard to put together by yourself. I would definitely suggest not following the directions and installing the doors and middle on each end before you tighten the sides. It instructs you to do the doors last. Otherwise great quality especially for the price.
This bench looks pretty, but it is just too wobbly to really use. Its fine for kids, but as an adult I dont trust it for sitting on which negates the whole purpose of the bench. My husband also struggles with the height of the bench as it hurts his back to use it when putting shoes on.
I hope you only plan on putting kids shoes in here because otherwise you can only fit 2 pair per shelf. Mens shoes?? I dont think so! My husband only wears a size 10.5 and unless you stack them sideways they dont fit. I have been able to use it for slippers and things we dont want the puppy to get to and the bench is nice to have by the side door.
This came very quickly. And it came in a box fully assembled. Unlike a lot of Wayfair products that need assembly this was ready to go right out of the box.
Completely missing a screw hole and some of the other holes did not line up well. Quality and sturdiness of bench is good overall. Fabric on cushion is nice quality too. Not impressed with the baskets - quality and look isnt great. PLEASE NOTE: As another reviewer mentioned, the drawing is incorrect when putting together the middle cubby.
Im in love with this bench, its so cute and practical and keeps the entrance of the house nice and messy free! It feels great to be able to sit down and put or take the shoes off.
Definitely worth the money, very sturdy and easy to assemble.

I use it for storage. I bought 3 baskets to fit under the bench and it works great and clutter is out of sight
