This looks great and was pretty easy to assemble - however, I did find that some of the hardware was very difficult to fit in the designated holes and the screw heads would erode quickly when trying to insert said hardware. However, it looks nice and remains very functional.
I like it but was confused with attaching the two sides to the rest of the bench. Make sure you have a hammer because the sides are not secured with screws, but instead wooden stabilizers. However it is quite sturdy but I definitely wouldnt try to move it without another person because it would probably fall because of the way it was designed. But I can slide it across the floor as long as I hold both sides together. But its a pretty good quality. Also in the picture advertised it looks black and white but its actually a really dark brown and the cushion is more cream colored.
Some of the components are not fitting, either too loose or too tight to screw in. Not consistent. I have paused on the assembly for now due to frustration, but hope to complete it this weekend. Packaging was fine and I am sure it will be great once I can actually get it together..
Packaging for shipment was excellent. All parts arrived undamaged. Assembly was simple and quick. Completed assembly is very sturdy and made of real wood or something so close to that quality it doesnt matter. Not shown in the advert is the option to place the shelf on the top or bottom third of the unit to change the level for the baskets. It is now the base for an 80 lb. plasma TV. It has I nice looking walnut finish.

The delivery was fast. It was supposed to come between 27-30 of December and it came 24 of December. I got a lot of compliments on this bench. It goes great with my decor.

Too time consuming to build!
Rediculously time consuming to put together. Quality ok, very stable, but based on time to build, I do not recommend this.
