Good quality. Very sturdy- mom or dad can climb in and it feels sturdy. Solid wood. No smell. Three year old loves it. Slide is fast, but she figured out how to control her speed by the end of first day. We bought a standard twin 8 thick mattress to go with it, and there is 2-3 of extra space around edges of mattress and frame. We just put a pool noodle in between to keep things from getting wedged in there. Maybe a different mattress would fit differently but we wanted low profile thickness to keep the safety rails as high as possible.
The low loft with slide and ladder is incredible! The quality is so good I can feel safe being on it with my 7 year old. There was no odor or off gassing like other brands. Rather than buy stairs, we got white Trofast storage shelves from ikea. They make excellent steps and fit perfectly with the bed so the bins all pull out under the bed if desired. Refer to the picture.

This is great for my two grandsons who are 3 and 5. We bought them the loft bed version with the stairs, not the ladder, and put a full-sized foam mattress on the floor underneath, like a twin-full bunk bed. We chose this loft bed because it is low so if one of the kids jumps or rolls out, they dont have far to fall and the full bed underneath adds about a foot more cushion to break a fall.
That being said, with a 10 twin foam mattress on top, there is still plenty of railing extending high enough to prevent accidental rolling out of bed, so thats another plus.
The stairs are safe for even our youngest grandson to climb on - he is just over 1.
The only downside is that one of the parts of the stair railing arrived broken and we had to use wood glue to assemble it. Overall, including the wood glue, it took about three hours for two people to assemble. Even with the broken part, the price was right and the finished product is everything we hoped it would be. Great looking and very sturdy.

The bed is super cute! Fairly sturdy, however, I took off one star because the slats are spaced pretty far apart so the mattress we have up top (IKEA foam mattress) sinks down between them when weight is put on it. Ive ordered a bunkie board that has slats going in the opposite direction, so I think that will solve the problem. The slide is a big hit, but trying to think of a solution for a cushion at the bottom. Overall a great bed at a good price!
The bed works great for my 4 year old. Sturdy. The metal bar in the middle has the holes drilled the wrong way. I contacted the company and a replacement was sent out immediately.
This bed is everything we were looking for. Not to high but high enough that our daughter could play under it. It was very easy to put together but no matter how tight we have the bolts it still wobbles. I'm not afraid of it coming down with her on it but may be concerned when she gets older

Will update sturdiness after we use it some, But assembly went smooth, lined up well, had all pieces needed.
