Overall great bed but has a couple problems. The rail that ladder screws into cracked when putting the screws in. Also, the ladder brackets bend and the screws popped out when my 6 year old daughter tried to lift the ladder away from the bed. Besides the issues with the ladder, its a great bed an i would buy it again.
We liked that it gives our daughter a place to put some of her toys and have a little hang out area. It did have a paint smell for a few days and the slide is not only steep it has a part that sticks out a the very end and it hard on her feet if we are not there to catch her. We do like this bed overall and we put one of the memory foam type mattresses on it and it has not been an issue for us.
This is a great bed! We got it for our three year olds birthday, shes always been a good climber. We were a bit nervous about the height, but its not bad. My husband put in together in just a few hours with interruptions. He did need my help with one part, but did most of it on his own. She has used it for 2 months and we still love it. She tells everyone about her climbing bed. Her 6 year old sister also enjoys using the slide. We added the LED lights for additional fun.
I bought this bed a little hesitant at first because my son is a little older. 6 years old about 55 lbs and growing. It arrived in great condition. took about 2 hours to build with 2 and 1/2 people. It is very sturdy. I (160 lbs) have laid on it with him to read his bed time story. Seems to hold us both pretty well. My son loves it! overall, Im happy with this buy!

Putting it together definitely takes two people, but instructions are clear. The clay color is very nice.

Seems sturdy. I like the metal support bar. Looks nice. My husband put it together by himself in about an hour. Will update if anything changes.

Overdid research like most but happy we went with this one.
