Be prepared to count. Sort and label every screw, and bolt sent in a bag. There was no labels on the items. Had to go off the count to determine the item in the Manual. Bed is sturdy and took assembly of 8hrs all together with stops. Fairly easy instructions.. i have left over items (screws and bolts) and one 90 board for whatever reason.
My 4 yr likes the bed but I wish it was taller, he can't stand up under neath and he is 3ft if that
This bed was having problems for the first 6 months. The service team was initially responsive but once the problem continued, they ignored me. The assembly directions are below average and do not provide sufficient guidelines as you screwing directly into cheap wood. One mistake and you have damaged the product. Assembling the brackets on the ladder and slide are not easy nor are the directions clear on placement. I've had to refasten both multiple times. I've owned this product one year and it already needs replacement. Save your money and use a different company. All I asked them to do was send me a new ladder as their original directions weren't clear and I put the holes inches off from where it should have gone. The company was too cheap after a dozen emails to send it. Otherwise my daughter enjoyed her bed. But this ladder will be unusable soon. It's black Friday today and shopping for a new bed for her. :-(
We wanted to upgrade our daughter to a twin bed but we were not comfortable going with a full size bunk bed. This low profile bunk fit all of our needs. She LOVES the ladder and slide. It has plenty of room for her to play under the bunk but we dont have to be super concerned about the height. I would definitely recommend this product. Great quality.
Let me just start off with I was skeptical to purchase this bc all of the bad reviews, but I am so happy I did! My daughter is almost 3 and its the perfect height for her. The slide is very sturdy, she runs up and and goes down it all day.
Now building it was kind of a headache at first!.. but once I pulled all the parts out and got the boxes and mess out of the way, it was pretty self explanatory. Just look at the photos, theyre not labeled but the instructions has has money of each piece of wood there are. So put all the same parts together and count. And the pic shows the shapes of them.
So in my opinion this is one of my favorite purchases for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! She sits under the bed and plays with her toys and cant get enough of the slide. And to top it all off.. its such a beautiful bed! We put a canopy/ tent by her head and its just so pretty!

We went from a convertible crib to this. My kiddo loves it! The loft bed took about 4hrs or so to put together by two (sick) adults. The instructions were easy enough to manage, and once completed, the bed is pretty sturdy.
It has a 400lb capacity, so its nice being able to go up there with her if I want. We purchased a cheap twin bed from Walmart (6) and it fits well… maybe a teeeny bit small.

Screws were not labeled. Random wood pieces that didnt fit anywhere on the bed. Some pieces had dents. And my box was left outside in the RAIN! When I got home I couldnt move the box even inside of my garage because it was so heavy so I needed to call for someone to help me bring it in out of the rain to avoided any further damage. But the same delivery guy dropped a small package on the door step in a dry area? Weird. The bed it cute and such a cute idea but its not worth the money they are charging.

Only problem was hard to assemble and that is mostly due to the fact some of the pieces were not made correctly..for example the slats that go under the mattress did not fit the whole length so we had to be creative but that resulted in the ladder not fitting perfectly either but its still okay and my 4 year old daughter still loves it!!
Extremely disappointed in the off-gassing. you wouldnt think this would be an issue. Seriously what did you paint it with? If its truly solid wood that shouldnt be the issue so it must be the coating. After assembling, now have to disassemble and put in the garage for who knows how long g so I dont jeopardize my childs health.
