This ottoman arrived well packaged and Is even better looking in person. The color is spot on according the pictures and appears to be a quality product. My daughter loved it!
Basically no assembly. You open the box, unfold it, screw on the legs and poof, you have a futon that you can either have flat or put up as a chair, and you dont have to do the entire back, you can pick whichever side you want or both. I bought it for my special needs sons bedroom and liked it so much I bought another one for one of the other bedrooms!
I like it. I has an odd coating which is good didnt discolor after I applied mink oil. Had me worried when it didnt darken the leather. Had to unzip the bolster and inspect the seam to verify it. Yes Im very happy with it.
Looks great. Put in sons room, upstairs at our riverhouse. It is perfect for his friends and him to hang out, watch TV, and then sleep his friends. In a large room with king bed. Fits and looks perfect! Pleased with purchase. Value add!
One a the leg is missing a hole for the screw. I contacted Customer service, they aprroved it. And 2 months later I havent seen the replacement leg.
The futon is okay, the color is nice. Its actually not too comfortable. Its just long enough for me to lie down completely. But I can feel the hard frame underneath when i lie down.
I mean after you bought this and try it out, youll know why couches are so expensive. For this one, youll get what you pay for tho.
