First one arrived with damaged joint and with tears in fabric. Company arranged to mail us a new one once the damaged one was shipped back. We did not have to pay for the shipping.
New one is fine and has been used for a week now.
I like how versatile it is. We enjoy using it as a mini couch the most, but will often put it in a lounger formation for reading time or to try to sneak in a nap. I really like how many different positions you can put the head rest in. Using it as a bed is very firm! If you wanted to sleep overnight on it I would recommend a mattress topper.
This is a great chair. Very sturdy and firm. I have it in my home office and I relax, read or watch tv in it when Im not working. It has turned my office space into an office/lounge! I love it. I have the medium size and the bed is comfy, but not very wide. Its nice for a snooze, but not to sleep in overnight. Im 5 8 and slender.
The small pillow has spring marks on it. Packed poorly. Screwing the screws in the bottom part was hard, to say the least. The holes were not at all lined up and there was some black stuff covering the holes, which made it even harder to screw to the screws in.
Overall, it came out nice. Just was not fun to put together. And of course, the messed up pillow. Boo.
I have a chronic condition that often keeps me up at night. I bought this chair to have an alternative place to sleep (in my office) so as not to wake my hubby in our regular bed. I needed something that was quick to convert from chair to bed. This chair is a great find. The light grey color is beautiful. Its comfy as a chair and as a bed. And it changes from chair to lounger to bed quickly and easily. My one and only con would be the assembly instructions were not super clear on the internal casters. But hubby and I figured it out in about 5 minutes. Definitely recommend.
It was easy to assemble but needs someone with a bit of strength. It is very firm so dont expect it to be plush. Its not easy to turn it into bed since you have to move some parts. But overall it does its job well.
Extra twin bed space for a 9 year old who visits often sleeps over. Shares a bedroom with a18M Sis a 5YR Sis when she stays over. This chair is perfect to save on floor space extra sleeper.
We looked at several differed option for a sturdy bed for my mother law on the first floor because she cant go up stairs any more, and this fits in to our décor with out having to have a big peace of furniture in the formal living room, and its well made , the fabric is nice , over all good item.

Comfy as a chair and as a bed

This chair is so comfortable. I have literally been sleeping in the chair instead of my bed. I love it!
It fits perfectly in the space for which it was purchased.
It had a small cut on it but, not significant enough to go through the process of retuning it.
