I didnt expect this to feel like sleeping on an actual bed so my expectations were met. Like others state, it is very firm /so firm that I bought a memory foam topper. Once I added that, it is definitely more comfortable and will do the trick for a few nights. I would not recommend using this for an every day bed. Very comfortable to sit on when it is folded as the chair option.
This was bought for an infrequent May used guest bedroom. It is comfortable to sit on and I even chilled on it when it was fully opened to the twin bed size! I love how little room it takes up when folded up to ottoman size.
So my brother got this for me from my list of stuff for my new apartment. He got me the light gray which is definitely a light gray as the picture. It wasnt as easy to assemble due to some of the frame not being straight that it needs to be (see picture) two of the welded legs were also crooked but I fixed both with a little hammering . The threading on the holes for the seat part were to far in for the screws they sent with it so I had to use some longer screws left from a chair I put together. Get yourself some longer screws you might need one or two. Other than the mix up with the delivery address by , and the minor issues all the reviews were correct. Some of the holes dont line up, you might need longer screws and the screws that are there are lubricated so your hands will get dirty wash it before touching the fabric. The chair itself looks great to me, Im considering getting one in yellow for my living room and Im also looking for a matching couch from them too if I can find one.
P.S. I will post again about the other screw I used because theirs were to short.
Aming piece of furniture! Like other said very easy to convert from ottoman to chair to David. Great space saver. It is firm for bed but nevertheless works great.
Chair came in three separate boxes and had to be put together. Instructions were easy to understand and the chair was fairly simple to put together. Very comfortable and works like it should.
It actually looks nice. Its too firm for adults, I felt i needed to purchase a memory foam topper for my house guest after lying on it. But that firmness also makes it a nicer looking ottoman the adjustability of it is great.
We love this chair! Its perfect for an extra bed for the occasional guest. Easy to assemble. Comfortable and quite sturdy. It comes in three boxes. One of our boxes was delayed with FedEx but it arrived the next day. All good. We are happy
Ordered two chairs for teenage grandsons and they are very happy with them. They were delivered quickly. They are good quality and look very nice. The only issue is that during assembly the holes for the screws did not match up as they should and made assembly more difficult than it should have been. That said, I would buy them again. This company is good about responding when you reach out to them.

Minor Bumps but Great Ride
