Bed was ordered on Nov. 5th. And Bed arrived late on Nov. 24th. Tried to cancel next day and was not allowed because they said it was getting ready to ship. Actually shipped on the 14th. I needed it sooner, but could not cancel. As for the bed when it finally arrived on of the bottom slats was bent pretty bad. Instructions were not bad. Bed is ok, you get what u pay for.
This is a nice sturdy bed frame, looks nice, but it took me SO. LONG. to put it together. I had to use a wrench to hold the screw in place to even screw it in on the other side because they kept spinning. Took probably 4-4 1/2 hours overall
It is very good quality. Black coats without any rusts. Manual is clear and easy. Screws and other small parts have a good clear case to hold. The main frames are very thick. Good and strong. Lots of poles to reduce weight. It has a box frame itself, only need is a mattress. Very easy to install. Screws are so strong. Good quality!
Absolutely love this platform bed; we purchased a king size and love it! The wood is high quality and sturdy. I was able to independently build this bed in 1 hour; instructions were clear and the materials provided were organized and high quality. I recently entirely furnished a new apartment by purchasing furniture online and this bed is easily the highest quality furniture of everything I ordered from multiple websites (wayfair, overstock.)
Overall, highly recommend this bed. One piece did arrive broken (with evidence of being fixed with wood glue?) but it was a non/visible, non/structurally important piece so I decided it is not anything to fuss about.

Nice product but horrible set up
