I have mixed feelings about this platform bed frame. It looks very nice once put together. It was not too difficult to assemble. Some of the holes were off by just a little and required two people to assemble while aligning the bolts. Other than that it was easy to assemble. It claims that it is sturdy enough to support a memory foam mattress without a box spring and it is. I have a very comfortable 12 inch memory foam mattress. It fits perfectly and I have not noticed any sagging. My issue is the combined mattress and platform height is so low that it makes it difficult to get out of the bed without placing strain on the knees. I have gone ahead and purchased an additional 4 inch box spring to raise it up just enough to hopefully alleviate this problem. If the frame itself would have been a few inches taller I would give this a perfect rating, but as it is, I am having to spend even more money on another part to make this complete.
I had low expectations after the last metal bed frame I bought. The last one I had bent within a few months. I bought 2 of these and they hold up my girls just fine. All the parts were there and clearly labeled. The instructions were easy to understand and the mattress I purchased fit it well with none of the bed showing. Woukd recommend especially for teenagers.
It is super light weight, easy to move and assemble. Took less then an hour. But its also very sturdy. No wobbling or creaking. Very nice well worth it
You will need a very thin mattress with this bed. As pictured, my bed covers most of the headboard and with pillows it is covered completely. You will need a 6/8 inch mattress in order for this not to happen. I felt mislead by the photos
This was so easy to put together. I love how it looks too. I thought this was not very expensive so didnt get my hope up to high. So now looking at it I love how it makes my room look. Definitely would but it again.
This bed is great. It is easy to assemble alone, very sturdy, and has plenty of storage underneath. It is great that it doesnt require a box spring, and is a great price!
I recently purchased this bed frame and I can honestly say that I am thrilled with my new bed. First of all, I am a woman in my 50s who lives alone so I dont have any help. Ive never used power tools so I was happy that everything that was needed to construct the bed is included, even extras. There are many different pieces but if you follow the instructions its really easy. I did it all by myself in less than an hour. It is very solid and the space under the bed is the perfect size for my storage bins. I know it will last for many, many years.
