Overall it was a very good product. The only issue I had was the quality of the zipper. It malfunctioned. I had to attemp several times to close my suitcase without the zipper opening up after it was already closed.
I hate having to pay so much for luggage that will break and is not as durable as they say. This little guy is perfect. It is spacious and just what I needed.
I cannot get the luggage to unlock. I set a password when I went away 2 years ago but I cannot remember it now. What do I do!!! Need it for travel this week.
The expandable zipper broke during a flight. This was the very first time we used this piece of luggage. I hope the company will own up to it and fix the problem.
I liked the 360 wheels for easy transport through the airport. It did not last unfortunately. It really is a nice piece of luggage. I only used it once and it broke during my trip. The handle broke ugh!! The airline had to tape my handle down, which really didnt help. It was a nice piece of luggage, but it didnt last. My husbands worked out for him, but I wasnt so lucky. I ordered the larger suitcase for our anniversary trip to Las Vegas. This was my first time flying too lol. The last thing I thought would have to worry about was my luggage breaking down on me. I was so worried that it was going to come apart on our travels back home. So disappointed, I would appreciate a replacement.
3 stars. Love the product. Very durable and wonderful to maneuver through airports. But unfortunately I had to check my bag when I used it to travel and when I arrived at my destination it had quite a few scratches. There could be a multitude of reasons it got scratched, but disappointed it happened on my first trip using it.

Used 2 of the 3 luggages and have had no problems. Wheels are smooth, the shell is durable, and zippers are strong. Great quality and great price.
