Great suitcase. It rolls easy, seems like it will hold a lot and lightweight. My only complaint is the color. Teal, a lovely greenish blue color, is a color I like a lot. I have ordered other teal suitcases and have been happy with teal BUT this is NOT teal. It is gray. Not a hue of blue or green in it. It is as gray as gray can be. Small thing to complain about but I expect product descriptions to be accurate. When shopping on line, the description is everything. I am trusting that the description will be as accurate as possible and this one was not. And that will cause me to hesitate the next time I am looking at a Coollife product.

I like it, but havent left for my trip yet. Thought it would have been a harder shell. We shall see how it holds up this week when j go on my trip. I will adjust my rating accordingly.
Excellent quality piece of luggage. Followed the directions and figured out the lock quickly. Hard shell protects items and there sufficient pockets to keep smaller items segregated. Handle and wheels are work smoothly. My only suggestion would be to make the piece 22 instead of 20 to squeeze a little extra room in, however with this size it easily fit into the overhead compartments on several planes in various sizes. I was easily able to fit 5 days worth of clothing rolled. I would definitely purchase again if needed.

Interior liner ripped before ever using it. By the time I went to use it, the return window closed. Otherwise, would have been perfect!
