I love how light this suit case is. We got the smaller ones a few years ago. And just decided to get a bigger set for checked bags. They move so darn smoothly. And I feel like my things are protected with the hard case. The separation from top to bottom.is great to separate shoes from clothing so it does not get dirty. Or to keep delicates safe. I really love not needed a key and lock! The code password is easy to use. And no locks need to be cut if needs to search your bag. We have dealt with that before. Highly recommend.
The handles sometimes get stuck and act like it doesnt want to come out. The wheels arent as big as my other luggage so it easily can scrape the side of the luggage if leaned too much over to roll.
support reached out and sent some videos to troubleshoot the issue as well as offered a partial refund on this matter. Great customer service and ensuring I was taken care of.

I liked the lock worked well , had room for mask and snorkel equipment .
Very light too compare to older cloth type.
The wheels rolled well , zippers work well not as heavy duty as say an Ogio but you get what you pay for .

I bought this suitcase and used it 3 times / on the way home (thankfully), the handle broke when we carried it onto the airport shuttle. Cheaply made.

Cant open and cant talk with cool life this sucks
Lots of room
Nice and small but you can really load it up for sure!! Wheels kind of funky so maneuvering around was a slight challenge but it will work for me.
