It rolls so smooth and I love that it has a lock on it but I didnt give 5 stars cuz it just doesnt have enough pockets. There were so many spots I noticed where they could have added an extra pocket or two.
I took this luggage as a carry/on to my daughters wedding. I was able to pack 9 outfits, 3 pairs of shoes, makeup and jewelry bag, belts, underwear, 7 pairs of headbands for my hair, and face masks! In the video I didnt point out the zipper part section but you can see it has masks on the top part and in the bottom zipper part I had about 6 headbands for my hair. This luggage is very sturdy and expandable! The wheels are sturdy as well. I had no problems with the handle and wheeling this through all of the airports. It fits perfectly in the top carry/on caddy of an airplane. The handles on the sides help you to pick it up when you do put it in the airplane overhead carry/on bag compartment. You wont regret buying this luggage. It is an excellent luggage for the price!
I always travel light with my backpack, but my Phoenix trip was a long stay and that is why I purchased the 28 luggage. Everything I needed for my trip fit perfect and it wheeled so smooth. The compartments were very useful.
