I never leave reviews for anything, but the seller is unreasonably difficult to work with forcing the return to be escalated to customer service to get a refund. Overall its a really bad bed, the upholstery fabric is of poor quality, construction is poorly thought out, two of the drawers get in the way of using nightstands, the bed is extremely flimsy, to the point that feels like it will fall apart by just sitting on the bed, and Im barely 155 lbs. If you decide to return, be ready for a lot of pointless rambling and then to figure out how to get the item out of your house on your own.
Bought for my 14 year old grandsons room. He is tall for his age but wirks just fine. Have a fill size mattress on it. Don't like that the mattress is smaller than the frame by about 6 or 7 inches. He pushes it all to one side not the greatest look but gets comfortable. The drawers are nit on a track just free slide. Not a deal breaker but not eat to use.
This bed is cheaply made and is not as sturdy as they claim. I purchased this bed as I was redecorating my room and wanted something that would go with my other furniture. I though this would be great since it has extra storage.
First it is not easy to assemble (mostly the drawers) this took forever to put together. Then the wooden slates they give you don't have holes to screen them in. They have plastic pieces that go on each end that pop into the frame. I have had this bed 2 nights now and last night it sounded as if one or more of the slates were moving when I got into the bed.
Also I was not aware (maybe more on me) that the bed sat so low. I don't really like beds that are super low to the ground. Mind you I have a 10 inch matress and it is still low to the ground.
The drawers do not stay in place. I have already caught my toe on the corner of one that came out a bit after laying on the bed. The drawers do not lock in place. They just roll under and out from the sides of the bed.
Also the headboard is not that big. If you are looking for a tall headboard this is not the bed for you. After putting my matress on and then my pillows you can barely tell that I even have a headboard.
This was such a waste of money. Sadly after the money spent I can't afford to purchase another one at the moment so I guess I am stuck with this one for now. I will update later and see how it holds up
I guess it is true you get what you pay for
The box was so badly damaged it would rip apart with any attempt to move it. They must've known this was an issue before shipping because they tried to use packing tape to keep it together during shipping. It didn't work, the cardboard was shredding all around it. I left the package in my driveway and just started unboxing it out there instead of trying to move it anymore. Once I had it all unboxed I realized there weren't any instructions in the box. So far I've been extremely disappointed with this purchase!
Update - the seller has been quick to communicate and to get the replacement parts sent out, they also sent digital instructions to me. I am pleased with the communication with seller and their willingness to help.
Also, a side note, I didn't realize the drawers weren't attached, they just slide in and out underneath the bed on casters.
I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars because of seller's communication and willingness to help.
The drawers slide all over the place. Wish they had a track instead the drawers only have wheels at the bottom and if you have hardwood floors they will slide left and right even if they're latched to the screw that keeps the drawers closed. BUYER BEWARE!
I purchased the bed because we've had limited space for storage and on photos I'd like the drawers design under the bed. After we assembled the bed, we've noticed that the drawers had wheels not a track. The drawers are free wheeled which makes the locking mechanism for the drawer difficult. With the actual mattress in place the drawers are unable to close and lock as designed. Overall a good bang for the buck.
Liked the looks, sturdiness, and tools provided. Small screws and nuts did NOT work well. Had to replace with unpainted ones. That made assembly last a looong time. Bed looks great. Loved how the slats worked. Smooth bottoms for support legs would help move bed after mattress is on.
The bed is nice and fit well in our bedroom. The only issues we had were missing screws and a rusted bed leg. I have to say though, the customer service was excellent, and the seller maintained contact with us and ensured us that they would fix the issues. Everything turned out great and we now have a great bed frame. The drawers are very large, and we were surprised at just how much they could fit. The grey fabric is beautiful, and once assembled, is comfortable and functional.

For the money good product, easy to assemble
For the money can't beat it. I had it together in a little over an hour. Works well for my daughter and the extra storage is good also.

My son loves his new bed
Minor scratches on the headboard a 3 day delay on arrival however my 2 year old loves jumping and sleeping on in! HappyToddler
