    Not Good

2021: Update. The bed is about same quality as an ikea bed. Many of the bolts are loose from my child moving on the bed, climbing the stairs etc. We are having to tighten them often with a Hex Key / Allen wrench. 2020: The bed is sturdy. It’s a beautiful cherry wood. My kid loves the bed. We made a fort underneath for him. Cons: My husband had issues with some of the pieces not lining up right where the screws go in. And the wood was scratched on one of the railings straight from the box.

The package was missing 6 of the horizontal barrel nuts.

    Looks Very Nice

Very strong and sturdy bunk bed. I believe some of the pieces are press board so not 100 percent all wood. Instructions is understandable, not to complicated. Some of the wrong pieces was delivered. I email seller directly I did not hesitate to mail out the correct pieces right away and not to worry about sending back the incorrect pieces. Def need 2-3 people to put together. Took me a couple of days!

    Great bed for littles!

Love the bed. It was just as pictured. Definitely a great set for children. It did have a scratch on one of the boards which took away one of the stars, but I was able to "hide" it easily without sending back. My grandbabies love their bed when they stay at Nana's!

    Great for little kids...

Met my expectations. Kind of pricey but solid wood and sturdy.

    Beware of cracked pieces

Bed arrived with a massive crack in one of the pieces. There were other superficial dents and chips that don’t bother me but worth noting. The bed took 2 professionals 4 hours to build so if you’re hiring someone else to build it, I would factor that into the price. Overall the bed seems sturdy and fit for purpose. BUT the top bunk wobbles far too much and the stairs creak too much that my older wakes up my younger one almost every morning when she comes down the stairs.

    Manufacturer did not assist

I bought these for my girls. They are beautiful and they were pretty easy to put together. Problem is the stairs did not show up with the rest. And the company wouldn't work with me to get me the stairs. customer service was super helpful and tried everything in their power to rectify the situation. So while these are beautiful bunks, be advised about the lack of help from the manufacturer, but the amazing help from 's customer service.

    An adventure...

We bought this bed for our daughter, so she would have more room to play in her bedroom. We loved that it has stairs, and we would not have to worry about her climbing up and down a ladder. So I said goodbye to $1100 and ordered this bed. Then the adventure began. This bed is shipped via Fed Ex, and until this shipment, I'd never had a problem with Fed Ex. The bed comes packaged into 3 boxes - 2 for the bed and 1 for the stairs. The boxes are far to heavy for your average person to safely handle on his/her own. Thank god the boxes were doubly wrapped because the outer wrapping was fairly destroyed in transit. All 3 boxes were shipped from Canada to North Carolina at the exact same time. We received the 2 bed boxes at the same time. Building the bed was rather difficult as the red stamped labels on the ends of the pieces were not all correct. A few different versions were miss-stamped. The directions are just pictures with numbers - no wording. After putting the wood from the 2 boxes together, we realized we were missing a 3rd box for the stairs. Anxiously we awaited for the 3rd box. Every morning and evening I would check Fed Ex's tracking site, and every time I was met with disappoint. The website, nor Fed Ex's customer service could tell me what happened with the 3rd box. After 8 days, I magically appeared in Tennessee. Upon entering a main warehouse in NC, Fed Ex shipped the box an hour west and AWAY from us. The next day, it was shipped 45 SOUTH of us - literally passing our town! The next it was delivered. This box was torn up worse than the other 2 boxes. Again it was far to heavy for what 1 box should have been. Two pieces were broken thanks to virtually no packing material and rough handling. Other pieces were scratched or dented as well. Thankfully, my woodworking husband saved the day, and managed to repair the 2 pieces. I set to building the stairs. The screws were mislabeled for what we needed to put where. Some of the wood pieces were again miss-stamped. We have had the bed for a little over a month now (minus a week for the stairs) and so far the only complaint I have is the difficulty of changing the sheets. I realize this company is not at fault for Fed Ex losing our box and then shipping it to other random cities after it was found, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I did take off 1 star due to: the bad and too heavy of packaging, resulting in damaged pieces; as well as, miss-stamped/mislabeled pieces and hardware.
