Bought this for my daughters room. Was so excited to get and put together. When it finally arrived, it came in multiple boxes.
Every single box was damaged. Multiple pieces had dents and scratches on them.
Putting together some of the wood split.
Had wrong pieces in the hardware.
I am a single mom. So this was a lot of money for me to spend. Just disappointed.
Save yourself the trouble. The Bunkie board slats were cut too short to screw in properly to one bed. We ended up not even being able to screw several in at all. We will have to get new ones cut. holes were not drilled for the top vertical pieces. The paint wasn’t finished. This was one of the cheaper sets available. You get what you pay for. We are military and move a lot. I doubt this will last after our next move.
The directions are very vague. Took 3 people and 8 hours to assemble. Some of the pieces were damaged, thank God we could hide that. Really wish we could've picked which end the stairs could go on. This does seem sturdy so far. The drawer underneath is one large drawer, not on a track and is kinda awkward. It will serve the purpose, but definitely dissatisfied considering the price I was expecting a little better quality. Holes didn't always line up. Very hard to assemble and time consuming.
They forgot to include the hardware for the stairs and contacting the seller is not straightforward. I love the bed and would give this item 5 stars if I had all the hardware. Can the seller please contact me? Thanks!
After maybe a month or so I don't know if it warps from using the steps but none of the drawers will close anymore. Also the bolts holding it together somehow unscrew by themselves. Have to go through and tighten them all. Definitely would not recommend.

Cheaply made. Haven’t had it 6 months and this is has already happened. ♀?

Breaks too easily.
This bunk bed is $516 worth of firewood. It breaks too easily. My daughter pushed my son onto the bed and the side rail nearly snapped in half.
Disappointing.
Lots of parts missing as well as instructions. Returning.
