This chair is great I gave it an overall 4 stars because the chair does not like to stay up it slowly loses its height when you adjust the chair to be higher than its lowest setting
The chair is aming, only thing that was an issue was delivery, however the mon worker was kind and helped with the issue. Other than that the chair is aming
All the features work. Im definitely enjoying leaning back while listening to instructors. I kind of wish the arm rests moved. Also Im 52 and the headrest is kind of tall. I have to make sure Im sitting straight up to reach headrest.

Not comfortable. Would send back if I had box.
I use it fir home office. This is not a comfortable chair to spend 8 hours of work in. If I had the box I would return this.
