The fake sticker/like back is pealing off and the tape holding together the two back panels are peeling off as well. For the price, its worth it. It looks a lot more expensive than it actually is, but you may need to correct some spots on the wood with a furniture touch up marker.
This item weights somewhere around 75 pounds in the box, so its a heavy piece. Its well padded with foam all around, so I did not get any broken pieces. All the tools were available to put it together. The only thing you need is a screwdriver, preferable an electric one, otherwise plan on spending a few hours. It took me about 30 minutes with an electric screwdriver to finish the project. The backside is my only complaint as its a piece of printed cardboard that you screw in to the back. A bit cheap in my opinion. Otherwise, the other materials are nice pieces of wood and the legs are thick on the corners. It comes with a marker to fix any scrapes or scratches that might occur over a period of use. The unit, when complete, s sturdy and strong and can easily hold a large sized . The shelves are just being held together by pins, similar to a bookshelf. Its a nice piece and looks good when all done, even though there are a few areas it looks like they shortcutted. I got all the pieces and none damaged, so I am happy.
I am happy with end product, though I feel the instructions were confusing at certain stages which caused me to undo steps, to complete product correctly,
This storage console/ looks pretty good for fake wood. The pieces are heavy particle board with a faux wood laminate made to look like aged washed wood. Close up, it is easy to tell that it is not actual wood. If you are more than about 5 feet or two meters away, it can pass for wood.
Assembly did give me a little trouble. I am experienced with furniture assembly and have built more than a few bookcases, beds, shelving units, tables, etc. I like to think I am decent at putting things together. But this unit had instructions that were at times ambiguous. I attached two pieces incorrectly and did not notice my mistake until I got stuck later on in the assembly process. That was annoying.
Overall though, this is a nice unit for the price. The open shelves allow for plenty of storage and the height is right for a or video game monitor.
The pros are the cost, ease to assemble, and the versatility of the shelving configuration. The only con that I have would be that a few of the cam type fasteners were trying to pull through the wood when I was tightening them up.

Good quality for price
Great product. Nice look. Decent quality for price. Instructions were a little difficult at some point throughout the assembly procoess.
Sturdy and looks a lot more expensive than it actually is, but obviously made of cheap materials
