Heavy, decent looking laminate particle board. Lots of pieces and okay instructions. This IS NOT an easy assembly. Some of the hardware is either mixed up or not present. I ended up relying on many of my own screws and such to put this together.

Make sure you are right and it is lined up correctly before securing anything together. Particle board has ZERO forgiveness if you make a wrong move. Some assembled this in 90 minutes and I can see that, but then many complain of poor fitting and I can see that too. I took about two hours and followed a very tight regiment of the old measure twice / cut once rule of thumb (no cutting needed). The end product looks good / better than the stock photo because my doors line up!
Would I recommend this piece? I think not. It has too many quirks where it could go wrong really fast. Not worth the trouble or money.
This is a handsome , but there were some issues. Im pleased with the final outcome / but there are a few things you need to know before you purchase this one.
For one, this is an inexpensive item, so under this is kind of what you would pick/up at a big box store. Its pretty though, I got the Desert Sand / and it has a nice look to it, kind of rustic.
The first problem we ran into when installing it were the cardboard back panels that you were supposed to slip into the angle back. They didnt go in well and we felt like we were forcing them. They never quite fit well.
The second issue came into play when we set things up. This is a / and so it would seem the logical thing youll place within this storage is the television components, whether a DVD player etc. We have our cable, a gaming console, and a tuner. The tuner wouldnt fit because of the angled back. So, we gave up on those angled cardboard pieces, popped them out and they tuner just kind of pokes out the back. We didnt install the doors because it would have slammed into the dials on the front of our very expensive audio equipment.
Overall, make sure your gear fits within it. Its small / so expect that. If you only have a television/smart youll be fine. They are making things a lot more compact now, so you might be fine. This is just what we experienced.
We are using it to house our various video game systems. It has a nice look and fits well under our . I like the cord holes so we can feed all our wires easily through the back
Very nice, love everything about . Would have gave it a 5 star but one of the screws with no effort at all went thru wood barely. I measured the routing and on that one it was just 3mm deeper and that was just enough for when screw head was getting set it was already thru.
If it wasnt for the shelf arriving with no damage to the box but when opened the top shelf has damage to the corner. Kind of disappointed for the money spent and now my brand new entertainment center looks like a dog chewed the edge of the corner. A small refund for damage would be much appreciated.
