    For what its worth

The corner of the top piece was damaged. But honestly for the price, I didnt expect any less.

LARGE THAT DOES THE JOB AND LOOKS PRETTY GOOD !

Ok, yes this has to be fully assembled but its solid, inexpensive and actually looks pretty good especially for the price. Like another reviewer mentioned this came double boxed but I was ok with an extra box because I felt like it was better protected in transport. We recycle our boxes, cans and paper, so the extra box wasnt a huge deal. Ours was delivered without any major damage but I would imagine if yours comes with any issues all you need to do is let the company know and they will send out a replacement part. Like I mentioned, It does need to be assembled, which took my husband about 1.5 hours by himself not rushing. This is BIG (almost 5 feet long) and for the price I think it looks really nice. I love the extra storage it provides and the height, (I think its 23) is perfect for us. Lets face it, this isnt a 500 piece of furniture. For under 100 it holds up the , gives more storage space and Im very happy with the way mine looks.

    Amingly difficult to assemble

I found this very difficult to get together. The instructions were difficult to follow, and getting everything lined up and put together correctly was very time consuming. I was never able to get the doors hung straight, although I did eventually get them close enough to open and close. Also, while is intended to have a bit of a distressed look, one end had significant scratches. the pros are that this is very solid. Once together, I have no fear at all that its going to fall apart, and my sits security on top. Despite the scratches, it ended up looking better than Id hoped. Overall, for the price, its fine / just be prepared to struggle with getting it together.

    Mostly Solid Cabinet/

For a relatively small cabinet/ this requires a surprising amount of detailed assembly spanning 22 pages of instructions, not including the installation of its anti/tip feature to protect small children. Most of the parts, except for two diagonal rear panels, are made from Engineered wood, also called composite wood or man/made wood, which is coated with a light printed veneer surface. The two diagonal rear panels, which slide into place, add nothing to the structural strength of this cabinet and are made from what appears to be matching veneered cardboard. Once assembled this cabinet will fit nicely against a wall, as shown in my room, or in a corner. Probably best suited for a shore or beach house decor rather than a formal setting this cabinet is heavy and quite sturdy once assembled. It offers shelf areas behind the glass paneled doors for video/sound equipment or storage of CDs or DVDs. Having a variable speed drill or impact tool chucked with a Philips screwdriver will greatly expedite the assembly process. My bone to pick with manufacturer, which cost it one star, was that none of the holes for attaching the door hinges to the inside of the cabinet were pre/drilled. Yet those screw holes were the ones that were most needed to properly align the doors during installation. Correctly drilling those holes required some tedious measurements in tight places and some assistance from my wife to ensure that the doors would swing and close properly. Although that process ended well for me, I believe that it involved effort that should not have been necessary.

Nice big console; lots of space

I had lost the assembly instructions. I emailed the company and within 24 hours they had emailed me the instructions in PDF. THANK YOU. That is excellent customer service. Assembly was pretty easy, although I messed up and had to re/assemble a few sections. I used a small drill to make things go quicker. Use one, it will make assembly easier and faster. The side section came with a big scratch on it. The console is a decent size and it fits a lot. The console is made of pressed wood and the back is cardboard. The backing has 4 hours (for each section) so you can put the wires through the back. This makes things convenient. But, the card board has a tape in the middle to keep the two card board pieces together and the tape is messed up and coming loose. The console is not that sturdy, it does wobble a little even though I tightened all the screws a million times. But, I am still happy with the end result. It is a bit console and fits my . I can also fit the modem, router, PlayStation and a TiVo (that I no longer use) in one of the shelves. The rest of the shelves I filled with books and I still have space left.

    Great for a smaller space

looks great in my new apartment. I would recommend something bigger for a house. One of the boards was dinged but I followed the instructions in the box and the manufacturer sent out the replacement for free. It took a few days so all/in from the time I placed the order to the time it was assembled took about a week.

    Perfect.

This product is so easy to put together. There were no written directions, just pictures and I had an easy time with it. The color is true to how it looks online. Great value. I looked for a long time for s because most them are way over priced. This one did it for me. It needs to come in Cherry Wood.

    Decent for assemble yourself furniture

I was impressed with how sturdy the construction was on this compared to other pieces Ive bought. I thought it was a good buy for the money. There was some minor damage from shipping but thats almost to be expected. The hinges on the doors are a bit of a pain to install, but was expecting that might be the case. You likely have to make some adjustments to get the doors to close evenly.
