I purchased this due to business travel increase this year. I made my first trip with this in October and one of the wheels bent. It is more trouble to maneuver this thing around than it is worth. I have asked for a replacement to see if I just got a fluke one. We will see how they handle it and I will update this review. I have high hopes they will do the right thing.
After sending a message to the seller, they responded very quickly and asked for pictures of my issue. With only a few more questions they resolved this issue very efficiently. So, I am raising my rating to a 5 star. Anyone who stands behind their products deserves another chance . I loved the suit case until the wheel was damaged . I may order another one.
This suitcase is very nice and just what J was looking for except I was really disappointed that the smaller versions dont expand. The carryon suitcase is slightly small, but if it could expand we would get a lot more out of it.
We were completely taken aback by NO instructions on how to open this suitcase. NONE, snd it was locked. We went onto to find a review that told us how. It was very not helpful that the simple directions on how to unlock were not immediately available.

Material inside is cheap.
The material on the inside is cheap and rips easy. I travel weekly for work. Not recommended for constant travel.
Handle broke first trip.
Nice bag, but the top handle broke on our trip and the 30 day return window closed. Bummer.
