Wife used this on a recent trip and fell in love with it. Size was more than expected but holds exactly what it indicated and if packed correctly it can hold more.
Update / Company contacted me and offered 60 as compensation, which I thought was fair. I would purchase from them again.
My suitcase had scratches on it when I got it out of the box, but I was leaving for Miami in the morning so it was my only option at that point. It didnt make it through the flight there / the expandable zipper broke so my suitcase came out of the conveyer belt opened. After playing with the zipper for a few minutes in the terminal I was able to get it back together, and it survived the flight home. I wouldnt buy another one but it served its purpose for the weekend trip.
This suit case can fit so much if you pack everything in a organized manor and fold your clothes, I was able to buy this for a rush flight and it stayed strong. I was also able to sit on it and it showed no weakness (after I packed it of course) so strudy and easy to use. The lock was a bit confusing because ive never used one like that, but once you understand it isnt that hard. Great suitcase and definitely worth the price.

Seemed great for the price, but the fabric separating the sides inside has already ripped. A full suitcase strains the zipper as one side is heavier than the other. The biggest issue is that the zipper continues to become undone after it is zipped up. This is a huge issue as items can fall out. Do not recommend.
Luggage arrived and looked good. There was plenty of room in this suitcase and we were able to pack everything with ease as well as keeping under the 50 pound airline requirement we needed to be under. Would buy another suitcase from this same company.

Survived a round trip. Wheels have great maneuverability. Roomy in side.
