This luggage is pretty good. Just know that the storage area inside is on the shallow size, so it doesnt hold as much. Luggage has been on a few trips and has held up well. Having the built in lock is nice as well.
My wife and I purchased this suitcase for our trip to the Netherlands, and it worked wonderfully! It held all of our essentials for a weeks worth of travel, fits the size guidelines, and the lock mechanism worked perfectly. I was very impressed and look forward to future trips using this luggage!
Update on 14/Dec: Customer service reached out and is issuing full refund of the purchase.
Handle has screws into plastic and on our second trip, the screws ripped from the plastic. Bag was not at airline max of 50lbs. was near 40 lbs . Handle ripped when getting bag from baggage carousel at destination. Had to finagle something for the return. Garbage bag
UPDATE / I reached out to the company within the 2/year warranty timeframe for a replacement. The initial response was an offer for a small credit for less than half the price since only the handle was broken. After some correspondence, they sent a replacement/new suitcase. We took the new suitcase on a trip to Maui and it was great, the handle zipper held up. Tons of space, moves easily overall a great suitcase minus the initial issues.
We bought this for a long weekend in Mexico. As we were leaving the airport the handle broke, so we didnt even make it to our hotel destination the first time using it before it broke. Disappointing to have a broken bag the rest of the trip.
Excellent product. Got it recently and I must say the product quality is top notch. The grab handle and wheels are sturdy. The inner partition is good. It has 3 small pockets that can come in handy to separate stuff. The works perfect. Overall very good travel bag for 1/4 days of clothes.
